Orientation tutorials
To support students in the initial phase of their studies, the Faculty of Business and Economics offers special orientation tutorials for first-year students. These are an integral part of the scheduled study program in the initial phase of our Bachelor's programs.
The tutors are specially trained and experienced students in higher semesters and provide insights on the following basic points:
- The most important key points of the examination regulations and module manuals
- Structure of the faculty and important contact points
- Orientation on campus
- Creating a timetable and booking courses in the LSF
- Getting to know the digital infrastructure (Uni-Mail, student portal, ILIAS, etc.)
- Important contact persons in the respective subjects
- Structure of the university / university policy
- ZIM offers (training / software)
- Counseling centers
- Study techniques and learning strategies
- Student Academy
