apl. Prof. Dr. Tobias Wenzel

Tobias is a lecturer for mathematics for economists at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at HHU. He is also a ZEW Research Associate and cooperates in particular with the ZEW Research Unit "Digital Economy". Previously, he was a senior lecturer at the universities of Sheffield and Bath as well as an assistant professor at the Düsseldorf Institute for Competition Economics (DICE) at HHU. He holds a PhD from TU Dortmund University and a diploma in economics from the University of Mannheim. He conducts research in the area of applied microeconomics and industrial economics.
