Examination dates*

Dear students,

please note that in order to minimize personal contact on campus, time slots as well as room assignments for exams may be adjusted on short notice by central scheduling. We will try to incorporate the changes as early as possible, but we ask you to check the notices/PDFs of the exam dates regularly and up to one day before the exam in order to be informed about the final start of the exam as well as the room allocation. Please also note the current regulations around the negative test obligation when exceeding incidence level 1 in Düsseldorf or the state of NRW. You can find more information on the central websites of the university.

The current exam dates with associated room details can be found on the pages linked below.

Final room assignments will be made after the withdrawal deadlines for each exam have passed. The applicable registration deadlines can be looked up at the following link: Examination and registration dates at HHU.

Elective modules are examined in two examination periods. The first examination period takes place after the lecture period, the second at the beginning of the following semester. There is freedom of choice between the respective first and second examination period. The above-mentioned uniform registration period applies to both.

If an exam is not successfully completed on the first date, the second date will continue to offer a retake opportunity (as long as an exam has not been definitively failed).

Mandatory modules will continue to be offered once per semester at the beginning of the semester break.

Exam registration for elective modules, which are offered exclusively for repeaters, cannot be done online. Please register for these exams in person at the Student and Examination Administration (Ms. Kattner).

The respective framework examination and module regulations of the individual degree programs apply (Bachelor: Business Administration, Economics, Business Chemistry, Financial and Actuarial Mathematics; Master: Business Administration, Economics, Business Chemistry, Arts and Cultural Management).

In the summer semester of 2021, the university teachers named in the following list will be responsible for the examinations: Prüferliste (List of examiners).
